Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SPM design, industrial automation, laser-related machine design, and customized engineering solutions.

The candidate should have strong expertise in 3D modelling, mechanical design, engineering drawings, and machine development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and customized industrial automation systems.
- Develop mechanical designs for laser marking, laser welding, laser cleaning, and laser-based automation machines.
- Design fixtures, jigs, machine structures, enclosures, and automation assemblies.
- Prepare 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and detailed BOMs.
- Design pneumatic mechanisms, linear motion systems, conveyors, and material handling systems.
- Perform component selection for motors, gearboxes, bearings, linear guides, actuators, and pneumatic components.
- Coordinate with electrical, PLC programming, manufacturing, and assembly teams.
- Review customer requirements and develop suitable machine concepts.
- Support design validation, machine assembly, testing, installation, and commissioning.
- Ensure designs meet quality, safety, functionality, and manufacturing requirements.




- Prepare technical documentation and support procurement and fabrication activities.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical Design, preferably SPM and Industrial Automation.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, Inventor, or equivalent CAD software.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical design principles and machine elements.
- Experience in laser automation machine design is preferred.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, linear guides, ball screws, servo motors, and mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to prepare manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
- Understanding of machining, fabrication, sheet metal design, and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
