Job Overview

We are looking for a Travel Consultant with experience in tour package planning and flight bookings. The ideal candidate should have a background in the travel and tourism industry and be able to handle customer inquiries, prepare travel itineraries, and manage bookings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and customize domestic and international tour packages based on customer requirements.
- Handle flight bookings, ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and reservation-related queries.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and package details for customers.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport service providers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on potential bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings,



customer details, and payments.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and booking changes.
- Ensure timely coordination and smooth execution of travel arrangements.

Requirements

- 3-4 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Hands-on experience in flight bookings and tour package planning.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking platforms.
- Robust coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary of 25,000–35,000, based on experience and skills.
- Office-based position at VIP Chowk, Raipur.
- Working hours from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
