Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Good computer knowledge and basic MS Office skills.
Good typing speed with robust data entry accuracy.
Confidence in initiating conversations and interacting with potential customers.
Ability to follow scripts, instructions, and standard processes.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
