Malar Hospital is looking for a responsible, organized, and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain employee personal files, records, and HR documentation.
- Update daily attendance, leave records, and employee details.
- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, notices, and other official documents.
- Assist with attendance verification and payroll-related documentation.
- Coordinate with department in-charges regarding staffing and employee-related matters.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and hospital procedures.
- Assist in maintaining statutory registers and compliance-related records.
- Respond to employee queries and provide routine HR support.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources will be an added advantage.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

- Freshers and candidates with relevant HR experience may apply.
- Hospital or healthcare HR experience will be an added advantage.
