Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Stewards to join a reputed restaurant/hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu information.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables, service areas, and dining spaces are clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Maintain proper service etiquette and deliver an excellent guest experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Freshers may also apply if they have completed a hospitality internship or have good English communication skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
