This is a full-time, Dentist role based at 360 ° dentistry in Chennai. The Dentist will perform comprehensive clinical examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing preventive care, restorative procedures (such as fillings, crowns, and bridges), endodontic treatments, basic oral surgery, and periodontal therapies as needed. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene, explaining treatment options clearly, and documenting all clinical findings and procedures in an accurate and timely manner. The Dentist will collaborate with dental assistants and other clinic staff to ensure efficient operations, maintain adherence to infection control and safety protocols, and support a positive, respectful work workplace.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and basic endodontic and periodontal care.

Candidates should possess excellent patient communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment options clearly, provide oral hygiene education, and maintain a calm,



empathetic chairside manner.

Candidates should possess skills in maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to infection control standards, and following clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and respect for colleagues and patients.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution, valid dental council registration, and any required local licenses to practice in Chennai.

Candidates should possess a commitment to continuous professional development, openness to adopting new techniques or technologies, and strong time-management and organizational skills.

Experience in a clinical practice setting, familiarity with dental practice management software, and proficiency in local languages and English are beneficial.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
