About us

Best P.E.B & Infrastructure fabricates and erects pre-engineered steel buildings – factories, warehouses and industrial sheds. We are hiring experienced site manpower for permanent positions. Work starts Nov 2026.

Role

We need experienced MIG (CO2) Welders to produce strong, clean, defect-free welds on PEB members and steel structures.

Responsibilities

- Carry out MIG/CO2 welding on MS plates and structural sections
- Weld built-up sections, columns, rafters, base plates, end plates and stiffeners
- Make fillet and butt welds in flat, horizontal and vertical positions
- Set welding machine parameters – current, voltage and wire feed speed
- Avoid defects such as porosity, undercut, spatter and incomplete fusion
- Maintain welding machine, torch, nozzle and cables in valuable condition
- Follow safety rules and wear welding PPE (helmet, gloves, apron,



safety shoes)

Requirements

- Minimum 1 years' experience as a MIG/CO2 welder in structural or PEB work
- Freshers are also welcomed
- Able to weld in multiple positions with good finish
- Basic understanding of fabrication drawings and weld symbols is an advantage
- ITI Welder preferred
- Ready for a 12-hour shift and immediate joining
