- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with leads regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Handle objections and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Telesales/Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and confident.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Good English and Hindi communication.
