Job Description

We are hiring a Pre-Sales Executive with mandatory real estate experience to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will connect with potential property buyers, understand their requirements, share property details, and schedule site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential property buyers using provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant property details.
- Follow up with interested customers and update them about new offers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records using CRM tools.
- Conduct WhatsApp marketing and email marketing activities.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or pre-sales.
- Real estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Tamil is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willing to work on weekends with fixed weekday offs as per company policy.
