Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will help improve operational efficiency, coordinate with teams, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Maintain operational records and prepare reports
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
- Handle vendor and customer coordination when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Track inventory, resources, or operational data as needed
- Support management in achieving operational goals

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field




- 1–3 years of experience in operations or administration preferred (Fresher can also apply)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
