Execute and optimize campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS and notifications
Segment customers based on behavior, frequency, and purchase patterns
Build customer journeys for onboarding, cart abandonment, reorders, reactivation, loyalty and milestone programs
Track and improve campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTC, conversion, repeat purchases and revenues
Run A/B tests and continuously improve retention and engagement
Coordinate with category, sales, and product teams to drive growth
SKILLS REQUIRED–
Highly analytical and data-driven, to be able to execute scalable marketing actions
Excellent communication skills to drive high quality marketing campaigns across channels
Understanding of Google and Meta ads, and SEO would be a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
