- Manage HR operations: payroll, attendance, employee records

- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR functions

- Ensure compliance & smooth HR processes

- 2+ years of HR experience (Recruitment & Ops)

- Strong communication & multitasking skills

- Proficiency in MS Office & HR tools

- Passion to grow in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
