Crazy Chango, a new family entertainment centre in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, is looking for energetic young people who love gaming and sports to join our gaming floor as Game Arena Executives. The floor has a bowling alley, a shooting range, an arcade, and carnival games. If you enjoy games, love being around people, and want to work somewhere fun, this role is for you. Freshers are welcome, and we will train you on every attraction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and assist guests at all gaming attractions: bowling, shooting range, arcade, and carnival games
- Explain game rules and give safety briefings before play, especially at the shooting range and bowling lanes
- Help guests use the recharge/game card system, check balances, and guide them to attractions
- Bowling: assign lanes, issue and sanitize bowling shoes, help with scoring screens, and handle minor ball-return or pinsetter alerts
- Shooting range: make sure guests follow range safety rules and stand in the correct positions, and manage lane turns
- Arcade and carnival games: clear minor machine jams and handle prize/ticket redemption, and run carnival game stalls energetically
- Report machine faults immediately to the Technician and In Charge, and put “Out of Order” signage on faulty equipment
- Keep the gaming floor clean, organised, and secure, with no obstructions or loose equipment
- Engage guests actively to promote combos, recharges, birthday packages,



and ongoing offers
- Support birthday parties, school groups, and corporate events on the gaming floor
- Help with opening and closing checks of attractions and record daily issues in the floor log
- Follow instructions from the respective In Charge and Floor Manager

Skills & Requirements:

- Young, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in gaming and sports
- Friendly and confident talking to guests of all ages, including families, teenagers, and corporate groups
- Safety-conscious and able to enforce rules politely but firmly
- Basic technical aptitude, comfortable with simple machine troubleshooting (training provided)
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge for card system and POS use
- Physically active, since the role means standing and moving on the floor for the full shift
- Able to handle weekend and holiday rush calmly
- Tamil required; working English preferred; Hindi is a plus

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate

Age Limit: 18–30 years

Working Hours: Venue open 11 AM – 10 PM; 9-hour rotational shifts

Working Days:

- 6 days/week
- Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working days
- Weekly off is on a weekday only (rotational)
- Public holidays and festival days are peak days and usually working days

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
