Job Description

SAV X Data Labs is looking for dedicated, confident, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested candidates for the position of B2B Lead Generation Calling & Manual Data Mining Executive.

The role involves identifying potential B2B clients through manual online research, researching companies and decision-makers, making business calls to potential clients, collecting relevant business information, and maintaining accurate lead databases.

Candidates should have good communication skills, a professional approach to business calling, and the ability to conduct manual research from scratch. Applicants must be comfortable working night shifts from our Bodakdev, Ahmedabad office.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential B2B clients and target companies through manual online research.
- Research companies across different industries and target markets.
- Identify key decision-makers, including CEOs, Founders, Directors, Managers, and other relevant professionals.
- Conduct outbound business calls to potential clients and relevant decision-makers.
- Introduce the company's services professionally and communicate effectively with prospects.
- Identify potential business opportunities and qualify leads based on the given criteria.
- Collect and verify business information, including company details, contact numbers, professional email addresses, and decision-maker information.




- Follow up with prospects when required and maintain accurate records of calling activities.
- Build, update, and maintain lead databases using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ensure data accuracy and meet daily calling, research, and productivity targets.
- Perform manual data mining from scratch without relying on web scraping or simply downloading ready-made databases.

Requirements

- Genuine interest in B2B lead generation, business calling, and manual data mining.
- Positive verbal communication skills and the confidence to speak with business professionals.
- Ability to conduct manual online research and identify potential business clients.
- Professional telephone etiquette and a positive approach to outbound calling.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good research skills, attention to detail, and accurate data entry.
- Ability to maintain lead records and meet daily calling and research targets.
- Willingness to make outbound business calls and communicate with potential clients.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Must be willing to work from our Bodakdev, Ahmedabad office.
