As our Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, analysis, and risk management. You will play a critical advisory role to senior leadership, providing actionable insights derived from accurate financial data to support business decisions, optimize profitability, and ensure long-term fiscal health.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;): Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes; analyze financial performance variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, oversee banking relationships, and optimize liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Internal Controls & Audits: Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies; coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with executive leadership to evaluate business opportunities, pricing strategies,



cost-reduction initiatives, and potential investments or expansions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and develop the finance and accounting team to high standards of performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years of progressive financial management, corporate accounting, or FP&A; experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) is strongly preferred.
