Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, analytical, and self-driven Recovery Executive who can independently manage assigned customer accounts, monitor outstanding payments, conduct effective payment follow-ups, and maintain accurate recovery records and reports.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Independently manage assigned customer accounts and monitor outstanding payments and overdue invoices.

· Conduct regular customer follow-ups through calls, messages, and emails to ensure timely payment collection.

· Track payment commitments, prioritise overdue cases, and take appropriate action on delayed payments.

· Maintain and analyse recovery data in MS Excel and prepare accurate daily and weekly reports.

· Coordinate with Accounts and Sales teams to resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and customer queries.

· Maintain accurate records of customer communication, payment status, collection updates, and pending cases.

· Identify discrepancies, analyse recovery issues, and resolve routine problems independently while escalating complex cases when necessary.

Required Skills & Competencies





· Strong practical working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.

· Good understanding of basic accounting, billing, outstanding balances, and payment reconciliation.

· Clear, confident, and qualified communication skills for customer calls and payment negotiations.

· Proactive approach, quick understanding, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently.

· Solid attention to detail, disciplined follow-ups, and responsibility for assigned tasks.

Qualification & Experience

· Mandatory: Graduate in Commerce Background.

· Experience: Preferably 1 to 2 years in recovery, collections, accounts receivable, or a related accounting role.

· Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to perform tasks practically and independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
