WE ARE HIRING – CIVIL SITE ENGINEER

Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Candidate Preference: Candidates from Delhi NCR preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction and site execution activities.
- Monitor brickwork, plastering, masonry, and concrete work.
- Calculate material requirements for bricks, cement, sand, and concrete.
- Understand concrete grades and mix ratios (M10, M15, M20, M25).
- Monitor concrete cube testing and quality control.
- Calculate steel bar weight, cutting length, and stirrup dimensions.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, measurements, and construction drawings.




- Maintain daily site progress reports and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and project managers.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
- Practical knowledge of material estimation and quantity calculations.
- Understanding of concrete mix ratios, cube testing, and steel reinforcement.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, and quality control.
