Key Responsibilities

- Project & Site Execution: Manage day-to-day civil and structural construction activities (earthwork, heavy foundations, RCC, Pre-Engineered Buildings/PEB, industrial flooring, and drainage).
- Design & Technical Review: Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, bar bending schedules, technical specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BoQs). Coordinate cross-discipline designs (MEP, architectural).
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee subcontractors, monitor site productivity, track material/manpower deployment, and verify contractor progress measurements and bills.
- Quality & Safety (HSE): Enforce strict Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, concrete/steel testing protocols, and site safety regulations.
- Schedule & Cost Tracking: Monitor project milestones, track schedule deviations, forecast civil resource needs, and report progress to senior project management

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
