Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily residential construction activities.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and office staff.
- Check construction quality and ensure work follows the approved drawings.
- Monitor material requirements and site activities.
- Prepare daily site progress reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in residential construction is an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and site supervision.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
Salary: Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
