Position: Inspector (CTQ & Visual)
Department: Machine Shop - Quality - Final
Experience: Experienced Candidates 1 Minimum & 3 years Maximum
Process: CTQ & Visual Inspection
Salary: CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹ 25,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
Job Responsibilities
∙Perform final quality inspection of machined components as per customer specifications and engineering drawings.
∙Inspect Critical to Quality (CTQ) dimensions and features to ensure compliance with quality standards.
∙Conduct visual inspections to identify surface defects, scratches, dents, burrs, cracks, and other abnormalities.
∙Read and interpret engineering drawings, inspection standards, and work instructions. ∙Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometres, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, and other relevant instruments.
∙Verify dimensional accuracy and maintain inspection records. ∙Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming components.




∙Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and internal inspection procedures.
∙Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues. ∙Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality management practices.
Eligibility
∙ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related disciplines.
∙Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in final quality inspection, CTQ inspection, or visual inspection of machined components.
∙Experience in CNC Turning and Milling component inspection is preferred.
∙Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensional tolerances.
∙Practical knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods is required.
