A reputed company in Jebel Ali, Dubai is seeking for experienced Scaffolder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures to support construction and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems according to safety standards and project requirements
- Inspect scaffolding materials and structures to ensure stability and compliance
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Work closely with site supervisors and other construction workers
- Load and unload scaffolding materials and transport them around the site
- Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a scaffolder in construction or industrial environments
- Knowledge of scaffolding techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Solid teamwork and communication skills
