ISPAN Wellness Centre is committed to promoting health and well-being through its wellness services. We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, convert potential customers, promote our services, and contribute to the centre's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in wellness and physiotherapy services.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, networking, and direct outreach.
- Explain the centre's services, treatment packages, and wellness programmes to potential clients.
- Convert enquiries into appointments, memberships, and service packages.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for corporate tie-ups, referrals, and business partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.




- Coordinate with the reception and physiotherapy teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share performance updates with management.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, physiotherapy, fitness, or a similar industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and CRM tools.
- A proactive attitude with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
