Project Manager (Immediate Joiners)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Work from Office). Experience: 8-10 years. Employment Type: Full-time. Immediate joiners preferred.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT project and program delivery. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years managing Agile delivery in IT services or consulting, with hands-on experience delivering development projects on Azure cloud and strong ITIL-based service management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project/program delivery across cross-functional teams.

- Manage Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban and Protected frameworks.

- Plan, schedule and track project milestones, dependencies and critical path.

- Oversee development projects, particularly on Azure cloud technologies.

- Apply ITIL processes for service delivery and operations.

- Manage project budgets and vendors.





- Drive stakeholder management and executive-level communication.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of project/program management experience in IT services or consulting.

- PMP certification required; ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification preferred.

- Demonstrated success managing Agile delivery projects (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud development projects.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL processes.

- Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO) and MS Project.

- Budget and vendor management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred: Insurance domain experience.
