- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream is preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, BPO, or education/admissions counseling. Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Fluency in English and the local/regional language.
- Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build instant rapport with parents and job applicants.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace.
- Resilience & Patience: Calm demeanor when handling repetitive calls, objections, or stressful admission/recruitment timelines.
- Target-Oriented: Focused on achieving daily calling and conversion metrics.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
