Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling potential clients, generating business opportunities, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and connect with potential buyers and investors.
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth deal closures.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.

- Basic knowledge of real estate projects, property transactions, and market trends.
