Raisso, US healthcare staffing company, is looking for an experienced Account Manager who has prior experience working with US healthcare staffing company.

Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture solid, long-term relationships with healthcare clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' goals, challenges, and priorities, and develop tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Develop strategic account plans outlining objectives, action steps, and timelines to achieve client satisfaction and business growth targets.
- Coordinate service delivery activities, ensuring timely and effective implementation of solutions and initiatives to meet client expectations.
- Proactively identify and address client issues, concerns, or escalations, collaborating with internal teams to provide timely resolution and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the engagement.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling,



and cross-selling additional services or products to meet revenue targets and maximize client value.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess account health, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of service delivery and client satisfaction. Must be able to maintain client performance data and able to present it to higher management.
- Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and amendments, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and alignment with client needs and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to anticipate client needs and proactively offer relevant insights and solutions.

Days and Timings: Monday to Friday - 8am till 5pm US Central Time

Salary: USD 800 per month

Pay: Up to ₹76,000.00 per month
