About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in HR operations and recruitment within an IT company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR-related databases.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.

Required Skills





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Positive organisational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR operations.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.

Eligibility

- Students or graduates in BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers with an interest in Human Resources are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
