Experience: 2+ years | Shift: 3 rotational shifts

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Boiler Operation; valid boiler operator competency certificate/licence as applicable.

Preferred background: Experience operating industrial steam boilers, preferably in distillery, ethanol, sugar, or process plants.

Key responsibilities

· Operate and monitor boiler start-up, steady-state operation, shutdown and steam distribution safely.

· Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, drum water level, feedwater quality, fuel consumption and steam output.

· Perform blowdown, soot-blowing, logbook entries and routine checks of pumps, valves and auxiliaries.

· Coordinate with the water treatment team for boiler feedwater and condensate quality.

· Report abnormalities promptly, support preventive maintenance and follow statutory boiler safety procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
