Job Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our in-house sales team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, providing basic project information, collecting customer details, and coordinating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Explain basic project details, property features, and available offers.
- Understand customer requirements and collect relevant information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper records of calls.




- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Update customer information and follow-up status regularly.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
