Job Summary

Rocks Wooden Interior & Construction is looking for a creative, confident, and target-oriented Interior Sales Executive who can understand clients’ requirements, assist with interior design planning, help to prepare design proposals, and convert customer enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Client Management Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective residential and commercial clients.
- Present the company's interior design, modular furniture, and execution services.
- Explain design concepts, material options, quotations, and project proposals to clients.
- Schedule client meetings, office visits, and site visits.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Negotiate with clients within company-approved pricing and commercial terms.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and daily follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business development.
- Understand clients’ interior design requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
- Assist in preparing 3D designs, presentations,



and design proposals.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Assist in site measurements, site visits, and design-related client discussions.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations based on design requirements and material selections.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Candidates with a degree or diploma in Interior Design preferred.
- Experience in interior design and sales will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD .
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Good English, Hindi, and Bengali communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Willingness to attend client meetings and visit project sites when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
