Delujan Decors is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller / Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer enquiries, explain our interior design and decor services, coordinate with the sales team, and follow up with potential customers to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Respond to customer enquiries about interior design and decor services.
- Explain services, pricing, and project details to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate appointments and customer meetings.
- Support the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Maintain customer databases and daily follow-up reports.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Ability to communicate in English and Malayalam; Tamil is an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or interior design coordination is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
