About ISPAN Wellness Centre

ISPAN Wellness Centre is dedicated to promoting health, recovery, mobility, and overall well-being through personalised care and rehabilitation. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist who can assess clients' physical conditions, provide appropriate treatment, and help them improve their mobility and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities

- Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, posture, pain levels, and movement limitations.
- Develop personalised physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans based on individual needs.
- Conduct physiotherapy sessions using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and appropriate treatment techniques.
- Assist patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, musculoskeletal conditions, and other physical limitations.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on recovery and response to treatment.
- Educate patients on posture correction, exercise routines, injury prevention, and home-based rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Build positive relationships with patients and provide guidance throughout their recovery journey.
- Ensure the safe use and proper maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.




- Follow clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and patient safety practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognised institution is mandatory.
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) is an added advantage.
- Valid qualified registration, where applicable.
- Good knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and patient assessment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach with a willingness to learn and improve.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a physiotherapy clinic, hospital, rehabilitation centre, or wellness centre is an advantage.
- Ability to work with patients of different age groups and physical conditions.
- Strong problem-solving and patient management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
