- Role: Talent Sourcing Executive
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month (In-hand) + Performance Incentives
- Experience: Freshers to 6 months (Outbound telecalling / BPO hiring preferred)
- Shift Timings: Mon – Sat | 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete 250–350 outbound dials daily via CRM/IVR dialer.
- Conduct quick 45-second candidate pre-screens (salary, location, shifts, notice period).
- Deliver 40–50 qualified, interested leads daily into the ATS screening queue.
- Maintain daily call logs, dispositions, and submit EOD CRM dial reports.

Requirements:

- Proven outbound calling stamina & objection-handling skills.
- Transparent Hindi communication (functional English).
- Strict punctuality and focus on daily volume KPIs.




- Prior experience with ATS/CRM dialers is a plus.

Performance Incentive Structure (Selection-Based):

Earn extra monthly payouts tied directly to your candidate selections:

- 1 to 5 Selections in a month: Baseline performance (No incentive)
- 6 to 10 Selections: ₹200 per selection
- 11+ Selections: ₹300 per selection(Potential to earn an additional ₹4,500+ every month based on performance)
