Job description:

- Plan, execute, and finalize statutory audits, tax audits (Form 3CD/3CA/3CB), ITR filings, limited GST filings/audits, and limited reviews across diverse sectors
- Ensure full compliance with AS, SAs issued by ICAI, CARO 2020, Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013 etc.
- Review audit working papers, financial statements, disclosures, and notes to accounts with an eagle eye for technical accuracy and risk assessment.
- Draft concise Audit Reports, Management Representation Letters (MRL), and internal control memorandums (Management Letters)
- Supervise assignments including vCFO retainer engagements, track project milestones, and ensure timely completion within budgeted hours.
- Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and guidelines (Income Tax audit filings, ROC compliances, UDIN generation, and peer-review readiness).

Preferred qualifications and experience:
CA Intermediate completed (Qualifications not a bar for the right candidate)




Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in a CA firm environment
Hands-on proficiency in GST & ITR filings (Winman etc), Tax Audits (3CD), Statutory Audits, MCS
Practical experience in Caseware-based audits, GCC accounting and VAT compliance (Zoho Books / Tally Prime)
Strong MS Excel & FP&A; skills (financial projections, CMA data, MIS reporting)
Ability to independently manage assignments and coordinate client deliverables

Drive technology adoption in audit automation, data analytics, and digital working-paper management
Candidates based in or settled around Thrissur will be preferred
