Job Title: Senior Associate – Sales

Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000–₹38,000 per month (In-Hand)
CTC: Approximately ₹5–5.40 LPA
Employment Type: Contract / Project-Based (3 Months)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Sales to engage with existing customers through outbound calls, understand their interest in business solutions, and generate qualified leads for the internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing customers from the provided database.
- Introduce Fraud Prevention, Digital Onboarding, and Trusted Calling Solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Qualify interested customers and forward leads to the Solution Consultant via email.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Assist customers with onboarding formalities when required.
- Maintain daily MIS reports covering calls, qualified leads, callbacks,



and customer feedback.
- Follow data confidentiality and customer information security guidelines.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or outbound calling preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust customer interaction and lead qualification skills.
- Basic email communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Must be dedicated to the assigned project for the engagement period.

Additional Information:

- This is a three-month test engagement.
- The role focuses on lead generation and qualification; direct sales closure is not required.
- Product training and call scripts will be provided.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
