Key Responsibilities Summary – Senior Fashion Designer

- Lead seasonal collection planning, concept development, and design execution.
- Research global fashion trends, market demands, colors, fabrics, prints, and silhouettes.
- Develop design sketches, CADs, mood boards, tech packs, and detailed garment specifications.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments within target costing.
- Coordinate with merchandising, pattern making, sampling, sourcing, and production teams.
- Review prototypes, fittings, samples, and garment construction; suggest necessary corrections.
- Ensure design accuracy, quality standards, cost targets, and timely product development.
- Monitor sampling and production to ensure the final product matches the approved design.
- Mentor junior designers and maintain consistency across collections.
- Maintain design records, seasonal calendars, and product development documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
