Job Summary

Purplle is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and personal care products, along with strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their beauty, skincare, and personal care needs.
- Recommend suitable beauty products based on customer preferences, skin type, and requirements.
- Demonstrate makeup techniques and explain product features, benefits, and usage.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build robust customer relationships.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store hygiene.
- Monitor stock availability, product expiry dates, and replenishment requirements.
- Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and brand promotions.
- Support billing, inventory management, and daily store operations as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow company grooming standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification:



Plus Two or Graduation preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Interest in makeup, skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented attitude with the ability to achieve targets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

Rotational shifts:
