Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions over the phone.
* Communicate with international customers professionally and confidently.
* Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
* Maintain proper communication and follow company processes and guidelines.
* Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction

Eligibility:-
HSC and Graduate fresher can apply
Graduates and candidates with relevant customer service/BPO experience are welcome.* Good English communication skills are required.* Candidates should be comfortable working in




**UK/US rotational shifts**.*
Candidates willing to work from the **Malad location

Salary*
HSC Freshers:** Up to **₹18,000 in-hand per month***
**Experienced Candidates:** Up to **₹35,0000 in-hand per month
*** Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and interview performance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
