We're looking for a dynamic Service Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping digital signage solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a solution architect for digital signage projects, translating client needs into technically viable and cost-effective solutions.
- Design end-to-end digital signage systems using LED displays, media players, and control systems.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate solution capabilities.
- Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and system configurations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during installation and commissioning phases.
- Provide hands-on support and training to clients when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 0 – 2 years of experience in Service Engineer roles within digital signage, AV systems, or IT hardware domains.
- Hands-on knowledge of NovaStar controllers, Windows OS, media player setup, and LED display configuration.
- Solid understanding of system integration, cabling, networking, and AV signal flow.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines.
Certifications (optional but desirable):
- NovaStar Certified Engineer
- AVIXA CTS or similar certifications
