Profile - Civil Maintenance Executive – Residential Project

Location - Pitampura Delhi

Experience - 3–6 years of relevant experience in civil maintenance, residential projects, building maintenance, or construction.

Qualification - Diploma in Civil,

- Relevant experience in residential building maintenance or civil construction.

Notice Period - Immediate or 15 days

Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Maintenance Executive to manage and supervise civil maintenance activities for a residential project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and timely completion of maintenance, repair, and civil works across the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and repair activities within the residential project.
- Inspect buildings, common areas, apartments, external areas, and other civil structures for defects and maintenance requirements.
- Handle civil works including waterproofing, plastering, tiling, painting, masonry, flooring, plumbing-related civil works, and structural repairs.




- Identify civil defects such as cracks, seepage, leakage, dampness, tile damage, plaster damage, and other maintenance issues.
- Attend and resolve residents'/occupants' complaints related to civil maintenance.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower, material consumption, and work progress.
- Coordinate with other departments such as MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, Security, and Facility Management.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies at the site.
- Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and update management on pending and completed works.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of civil construction and building maintenance.
- Knowledge of finishing and repair works.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
