We’re looking for relentless sales warriors with BPO/call center experience to drive our subscription growth. This isn’t just a sales job it’s a highenergy, highreward hustle where you’ll make 100+ calls/day, pitch our game changing platform, and close deals on the phone.

*What You’ll Do*

Crush Daily Targets: Make 100+ outbound calls/day to Indian SMEs, startups, and ecommerce businesses.

Sell Like a Pro: Pitch our SaaS platform’s value

Handle Objections: Turn “Not interested” into “Tell me more” with sharp rebuttals and persistence.

Close Subscriptions: Sign up 10-15 recent paid customers/day

Manage Pipeline: Update CRM in realtime

*Who We Want*

3+ years in BPO/call center outbound sales (ecommerce/SaaS/insurance/EDtech upsells preferred).

Proven track record: Consistently hit 150%+ of quota in high call volume roles.

Stamina for the grind: You don’t just handle rejection—you feed off it.

Techsavvy: Comfortable demoing a SaaS product (we’ll train you).

Hustler mindset: No 9to5 mentality. You eat targets for breakfast.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
