Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS) qualified with deep, hands-on knowledge of warehouse and fulfillment processes. Please share profiles on priority.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle WMS solutions and act as the bridge between warehouse operations and technology. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to deliver reliable end-to-end supply chain execution.

- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle WMS implementations, enhancements, and rollouts.
- Configure and support core warehouse processes, including:
- Inbound: receiving, ASN processing, putaway, cross-docking, and returns
- Inventory management: cycle counting, replenishment, lot and serial control, and inventory adjustments
- Outbound: wave planning,



pick release, picking, packing, staging, and ship confirm
- Warehouse setup: organizations, subinventories, locators, task types, and rules
- Define and tune warehouse rules for putaway, picking, and allocation strategy.
- Support integration between WMS and Oracle Fusion Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Costing.
- Work with integration teams on interfaces to carriers, 3PLs, shipping systems, and e-commerce platforms, using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and test scripts, and lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and ongoing production issues, including root cause analysis.

Pay: ₹3,100,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
