About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and curious Growth Marketing Intern to help Cherish reach more parents, drive app adoption, and explore new marketing and partnership opportunities.

This role combines digital marketing, social media management, parent acquisition, and partnership outreach. It offers practical experience in growing an early-stage consumer app.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts, create & plan content, and coordinate posts, reels, and creatives.
- Assist with digital and paid marketing campaigns to drive app installs and user acquisition.
- Explore new ways to reach parents through online communities, local networks, and other acquisition channels.
- Reach out to hospitals, maternity centres, pediatricians, parenting experts, consultants, daycares, and relevant organizations to explore partnerships.
- Explore creator collaborations, community outreach, and other growth opportunities.
- Track marketing performance,



follow up with potential partners, gather parent feedback, and suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, growth marketing, or partnerships.
- Good communication skills and confidence in outreach and follow-ups.
- A proactive, resourceful attitude and willingness to experiment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms; knowledge of Meta Ads or marketing analytics is a plus.
- Interest in consumer apps and early-stage startups.

Internship Details

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
