About the Role

HOMRE Limited is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Procurement Executive to source and procure raw materials locally for biomass pellet and briquette production. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suppliers, assessing material availability, negotiating prices, and ensuring a reliable supply of quality raw materials.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and develop a network of local raw material suppliers within and around Bharatpur, Rajasthan.

- Source biomass materials such as paddy straw, mustard husk, agricultural residues, and other suitable materials.

- Coordinate with farmers, traders, aggregators, mandis, and other suppliers.

- Check raw material availability, quality, quantity, moisture content, and pricing.

- Negotiate purchase rates and transportation costs to ensure cost -effective procurement.

- Maintain supplier databases, procurement records, quotations, and purchase details.

- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery of materials.





- Conduct local market visits to identify recent sourcing opportunities.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.

- Monitor local market rates and report procurement updates to management.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or raw material sourcing.

- Knowledge of the local agricultural market and biomass raw materials will be preferred.

- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

- Ability to travel locally for supplier visits and market surveys.

- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and preparing reports.

- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.
