Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and component loading.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure component quality.
- Inspect components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Identify machining defects and report machine issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in CNC machine setting and operation.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and machining tools.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and controllers is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
