Job Overview

Samta Research Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, and documentation.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle employee-related matters professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and working-hour reports.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and workplace matters.
- Support payroll processing and Full & Final settlement documentation.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and attendance rules.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular HR reports.
- Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR administration.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and documentation.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
- Freshers with relevant skills and experienced candidates may apply.
