Job Summary

BEAT Education is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and help achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact students and explain available courses and training programs.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow-up details in the CRM.




- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding course details and student requirements.
- Provide accurate information about course fees, schedules, and career opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work towards targets and handle student enquiries professionally.
- Experience in academic counselling, education sales, or student admissions is an advantage.
