- Handle Calls: Answer incoming customer support calls or make scheduled outbound follow-up calls entirely in Tamil. • Provide Information: Explain how to use a mobile app, website, or company service, and guide users through account or service procedures. • Resolve Queries: Solve basic user complaints, troubleshooting issues, or service retention questions. • Data Logging: Type customer details, feedback, and issue notes into internal CRM software or ticketing systems (such as Salesforce). • Escalate Issues: Transfer complex technical, billing, or specialized problems to senior support or back-end teams.
