KP Architect is looking for an Architect to join our project team in Lucknow. The role involves supporting the design, execution, and supervision of residential and commercial projects, with a focus on architectural drawings, site coordination, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with architectural drawings, coordinating with contractors, and monitoring site execution to ensure work is completed as per approved designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop architectural drawings, layouts, plans, sections, and elevations.
- Ensure site execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
- Monitor construction, architectural finishing, and execution work as required.
- Review architectural drawings and coordinate with the site team for execution.
- Identify site discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain work-progress records.
- Check quality, dimensions, levels, alignment, and finishing standards.
- Assist in site measurements, quantity checks, BOQs, and material requirements.




- Prepare daily/weekly project progress updates and reports.
- Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion.
- Assist senior architects and project managers with project coordination and execution.
- Ensure the final execution matches the approved design intent.

Requirements

- B.Arch. / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in architecture, design, drafting, or site execution.
- Freshers with relevant site/internship exposure may also apply.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel to project locations when required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with exposure to residential/commercial projects, architectural design, and site execution will be preferred.
