Job Title: Assistant Manager – Window Frame Production
Location: Lalru, Punjab (Ambala–Chandigarh Highway)
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Experience: 5–8 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production activities for window frame manufacturing.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Handle manpower planning, shop-floor operations, and material utilization.
- Monitor fabrication, assembly, finishing, and quality inspection processes.
- Reduce rejection, wastage, and production downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Stores, and Maintenance teams.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in aluminium/uPVC window frames, fabrication, or related manufacturing processes.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
